The Path of the Wounded Healer

There is a profound authority that can only be earned by walking through the fire. In ancient traditions, the most respected leaders were not those who lived lives of quiet comfort; they were those who navigated the depths of their own challenges and did their shadow work. They returned from their strenuous burdens with the practical tools to guide others. 

This is the path of the Wounded Healer.

My work is built upon this foundation. I do not rely on theory alone, although I studied many things (pop in to my Bio and Get to Know Me); my insights are forged through the reality of my own personal endurance and recovery. I am still standing after all I have been through; an achievement in itself. 

This knowledge is not about the transient; it is about the ancient, grounded truth that our greatest trials are the raw material for our greatest strengths, if we choose to leverage ourselves from these hurdles.

My surname, Cohen-Ziv, reflects my duty here. As a descendant of the Cohen lineage – the ancient priests and priestesses in Jewish lineage, teachers and guardians of communal moral and ethical high standing, and of spiritual and physical health – I too carry forward the practice of creating unity over division as a way of life. 

My role is one of service and giving structure; to help people understand the way things work and provide the necessary bridges to reach a deeper and higher state of unity consciousness within ourselves and in our communities. That is how I believe we can create peace, irrelevant of what “reality” appears to be.

The name “Cohen” in Hebrew is a priest, and “Cohenet” a Priestess.  “Ziv” refers to the radiance of divine light; it is the heavenly light that provides clarity in the darkest places and serves as a bridge to transcend darkness into light. The spiritual task of this lineage is of deep teaching; to help others heal and return to sovereignty and live with a high moral and ethical compass.

I offer a bridge between ancient lineage, modern recovery and inner sovereignty, providing the tools for those ready to transform their own history into a source of enduring power. My mission is to heal the world, one heart at a time.
